This fresh and fantastic restaurant is based in Brighton. Its doors have been open for over ten years now and its popularity has never dwindled (and probably never will). The restaurant has a light and airy feel to it which is uplifting. The menu is fantastic as well with some great British dishes to choose from. Some of the best options on the menu include the likes of; Irish rock oysters with shallot vinegar; char grilled scotch ribeye steak with rosemary dauphine, purple sprouting broccoli, roasted cherry tomatoes and red wine jus; white crab and celeriac remoulade, brown crab beignet, salmon and beetroot tartare; and spice plum and almost crumble with crème fraiche sorbet.
The Town House
